Travis Haley serves as a Director of Main Street Capital Corporation. Mr. Haley has been an associate of Main Street Capital Partners and the general partner of Main Street Capital II, an SBIC, since February 2007. Prior to joining Main Street, Mr. Haley was a senior in the Transaction Advisory Services/M&A group at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Haley performed buy and sell-side diligence on transactions in the energy, health care, technology, retail, and communications sectors for both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Before joining the Transactions group, Mr. Haley served as an auditor with Ernst & Young. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Haley was with Nueces Marketing Partners, a private investment group.
